looks like somewhere around los altos. like foothill expy, page mill rd something like that. or along 17 in the santa cruz mts??? iono thats a good obscure pic though.

 

Close, a bit further south from Page Mill and Foothill, not as far south as SC mountains though.

Hint: note the bicyclist in the background, ya gotta watch out for them on this road during the day, its a very popular place to ride.
