In the tread or sidewall? If it's in the tread most auto parts stores sell patch kits you can use with the tire still on the rim. If it's in the sidewall, your only option is to try and get the tires replaced under warrenty.

Even if they don't do it for free, flat repairs are pretty cheap to do.

Go to America's Tire. I used to work there and the method they use is MUCH better than the do-it-yourself methid. Instead of just forging a string with goo in the flat area, they dismount the tire, drill out the hole, buff the inner surfact, apply glue to the inner surface, and run a rubber strand through. Best part is that it is free, and guarenteed. However, if the hole is in the sidewall, or within about an inch of the sidewall they will not fix it for safety reasons. Take that rim off of the car and take it in as a "loose" and they will have it fixed for you in about an hour.

Leave it in. It makes a cool sound when you drive on it.

Gotcha. Go to www.tires.com. I believe there is a store locator there to see if one may be near you. Discount Tire is the same as America's Tire if you have one of those.

Go to an autoparts store and get a plug kit. I've used them on many cars and even on the rear tire of a street bike. You will not have any issues if you install it correctly and you can do it with the tire on the car.
