#1 they would promote it if it were true.
#2 If they did sell for 25 cents, 30 cents whatever that is probably the price that they pay for a burger anyway since they buy in bulk. the wouldnt make alot of money but they would lose either.
#3 If they were to do a special sell liek that you would probably get vouchers from the paper or off the internet or something. so its liek a one per customer deal.
They arent trying to hide it and have a surprise promotion. If i had to put money on it. I would say this was started by a disgruntled/fired employee either on the corporate level, maybe the store level.

haha! saw this rumor floating around on another board. there is no way i would go anywhere near an in n' out on those days.
best case scenario: its true. a **** load of people go and you have to wait 4 hours in line to get a cheeseburger. people will try to cut, be cranky from waiting, and you will have to listen to some teenie-boppers conversation about how the new high school musical is going to be awesome for 4 hours...for a cheeseburger.
worst case scenario. its false. you go anyway...just to make sure. thousands of other people go...just to make sure. you stand in line for 1 hour to get a cheeseburger and pay full price.
i'll be at nation's.
