This looks kind of fun, I've never done anything like it...It says register 5-7pm...and it has a register button, Do I pre-register or do I register the day of the event?

You can preregister on our web site or pay at the start. I would suggest that first timers arrive early 5-5:30 to read all the instructions before attending the school at 6. General Instructions will be available on the web site about one week before the rallye.
