I have never thought they where the safest bunch. Some stuff they do is just kinda dumb. I am surprised they have not killed themselves or others yet.

Apparently I went to the same HS as Keri. Also met her dad when I was working at Kinko's. Nice guy.
Mythbusters always does crazy **** and I love the show. Admittedly they do get a little out of hand. Their neighbors around the warehouses they work out of apparently dislike them a lot.

I hope they dont get too much bad publicity. I really like this show and the things they do.
Glad no one got hurt and they should get the pee pee slap as someone could have been seriously injured but knowing how the socialist republic of the bay area is it doesnt look too good.

WOW! Seeing the map and the distance it covered is insane!I really hope this doesn't get the show canned. It's obvious that they always take extreme safety measures when they conduct their experiments and it's obvious that this is purely an accident. Very lucky that no one got hurt.

I just happened to overhear this when the story was breaking on NBC news at six. Ten'o'clock news said that Mythbusters was doing an episode at the bomb range they go to regularly, a few blocks away and uphill when a cannon misfired, launched the cannonball and sent it through some retaining system out of the bomb range. It landed in front of the house, went through the front door, out via a wall, bounced of another house's roof and landed in a Sienna. Quite a lot of distance actually.
