My website "www.gunatics.com" was featured on ABC!!!

Posted by my good friend Adler:

Our Gunatics Myspace profile was on ABC's "The Dangers of Myspace" episode tonight. Funny a place that promotes the second amendment and safe recreational shooting of firearms was lumped together with groups such as Drunks United. ****ing liberal *** whiney media.

My picture was on TV....nooch. Im infamous

Anyone Tivo it by any chance? I'll pay if to give me a copy.

My Finace' is pissed off that they would give us such a bad name... We don't do anything illegal and all we do is promote firearms and teach others anything about firearms, including airsoft and paintball. Just because there is a picture of a gun doesn't mean we're evil. She wants to sue for slander.

I however think it's kinda cool that they would pick us... ha ha ha. Still BS that they show us in that light however.

Yeah it's flattering but it's also amazing how they can portray someone with a little clever editing and a biased view.

PS: Even the FBI isn't so stupid to think that some pro-gun website is dangerous.

Myspace does suck, but ithas also turned into a valuable tool for law enforcement. I have reletives in special investigations, my mother in law investigates sex crimes and is always on myspace.

dude, your site is called gunatics. its basically a play on words for crazy and guns. don't get me wrong, i am sure there is lots of good info on your website, but there is no media source that would spin that positively. its not that the media is liberal, its that it wants people to watch the story, which gets ratings, which attracts advertisers and the tv station gets paid. makes you think, if they can't get that story straight, what about all of their other stories?

Law enforcement is active on MySpace.com only because of the huge necessity. They never saw it coming until young kids were already victimized by the growing number of pedophiles and sex offenders from all over the country that have turned to the internet to satisfy their urges. Ask any person in investigative law enforcement if they think their efforts are apprehending even one-half of the offenders on MySpace.com.

IMO low-key is best, my friend. If you make noise, you will be heard.

The FBI will maintain a database of citizens across the political spectrum because it could come in handy in future investigations. They have documents on groups from the John Birch Society, the KKK, Greenpeace, the Nation of Islam, Aryan Brotherhood, Black Guerilla Family, the Mexican Mafia, and every right and left-wing ideological group in the country. They get their information from public rallies, government informants in some groups, and the internet.

It isn't to say that the FBI thinks that every individual has committed a crime, but that they might use the information for cross-checking purposes someday.
