I'm just afraid of what might be caught by using such a well... used pipe. Changing tips after each use helps so I hear. Check for pitting before slipping on to your rear end, and definitely check for discoloration, that's a sure sign something's not quite kosher. Also, inspect the pipe for black residue, usually left after a fair amount of abuse. After attaching double check those nuts, you don't need your "new" pipe dragging on the ground as you cruise through.
