Dude, that sucks, but remember that you still have your friends. They will be there for you. Keep busy and have fun. You will start feeling better and eventually you will forget about any pains you are currently / were having.
Personally when I got my heart broken I watched a lot of the movie 'Swingers' and I started feeling a lot better.
It's true though, the best way to get over someone really is to get together with someone new. Just remember that when you are out there meeting new people that you want to be doing it "For You" not "Getting Back at Her". If you get together with someone just to get back at your ex then you will end up hurting someone else and it could be all bad.

heres a little something that i thought that i'd share with you guys and ladies about cheating.
80/20 rule...
In our relationships, our partner is most likely only able to offer 80% of what we need. There are times when we will find someone who fills in the wholes, offering the other 20%…and because it's been missing for so long, you think you've finally found what you truly need. But be careful taking risks of cheating, or leaving your 80%…because what you will be left with, is that 20%. Obviously this is no where near as fulfilling as being with someone who offers 80%
