Maybe in cali, but in virginia its a different story. I have ran from the cops plenty of times without knowing it back when I was younger, then a few days later I was actually pulled over. Cop said "we have been looking for this car", the cop also brought up one incident involving him and me. He said one day I made a u-turn and jumped on the interstate and by the time he got on the interstate I was out of site lol. Of course roughly 90 percent of the crotch rocket riders over here never stop 
You may get away at that moment, but for cops it isn't "Out of sight, out of mind."

I was in court today and two guys were there for drug possession, each had less then an ounce of weed, each paid $134 and were free to go.
Also, did you know that its a misdemeanor to misuse a handicap placard? Some lady in her 80s was there facing criminal charges!! Luckily the judge was a really cool guy. I was there for speeeeeeeeeeeding.

you can get away from cops here. it really depends on how well you know the area, and how open it is.
freeway, or downtown like environments...never. I've done this a few times when I was younger and reckless, plus it was in an area with all twisty roads and multiple exits to escape the area, but I'm too scared to do it nowadays...too much to risk.

too bad he didn't get away. I plan to run from the cops on my 80th birthday, all I have to have is a car that can out run a helicopter, so I am thinking ferrari, lambo... I will claim senility, probably get off too, "I am old, I have no idea whats going on!!!!"
I did get pulled over in Arizona, and I was one mile from the calfornia border, the cop says "oh, you have a radar detector, thats why I didn't get a speed on you, but i know you were speeding cause I turned around on you 22 MILES AGO!!" I was the greatest day of my life, got no ticket, just a waring for too dark a tint on my windows!

I ran from a highway patrol cop that was standing at the 101N/92 interchange. He heard my exhaust, looked at me, and signaled me to pull over, but I got on the 92 and he couldn't get in his car fast enough to chase

WCPD would be better off to cite release him with a fat traffic ticket that doesnt need the use of the DA.
