I was born in good old Mississippi, and needed to order a copy of my birth certificate today. I called the appropriate county and nice lady with a southern accent informed me that they were "all high tech now and I could do this over the on-line". I asked her if it was ok to use the Intraweb instead and she said it would probably be ok.
