Thumbs down My dad's Legacy: *SMASHED*

So earlier tonight my sis had the bright idea of taking my dad's recently purchased white '00 Legacy sedan to SF so she could drop off a friend. Well, when getting off 101 some dude in a minivan slammed into the back of the car causing her to hit the person in front of her, effectivley making a Subie sandwich. The damage looks like it could be more than what the car is even worth, but hey at least it was still driveable and she was not the one responsible for causing the accident.

well, just hope the car in the front makes a statement that he felt only ONE hit in total...and not two...cuz if he felt two difference hits one after the other...then insurnace will think that your sister hits him the on the first impact, then the second impact again but from the 3rd car in the back.....

i was in a similar accident, the guy in the middle was claiming to be innocent saying that he was rear ended, causing him to hit me...but i felt 2 different impacts one after another...and so he was also considered to be "tailgating" me

Suby saves another person from getting seriously hurt!

Sucks about the accident though, driving around the bay area is getting dangerous this time of year, especially with all these guys that like to pass on the right when there's nobody on the left.........whats up with that anyway?
