I have an A pillar pod you could have for free, good condition too. I never installed it but it came with my gauges. Going out of the country tonight but will be back on the 25th. It's yours if you want it. Been sitting in my garage for 2+ years.

For mudflaps I bought a roll of 1/4" thick rubber from OSH for $40 and those weird threaded C clips from Kragens misc. hardware section and the other hardware from OSH.

If you must, I'd get the gauges and the tune. Skip the mudflaps and powdercoating.
