My car is all banged up...

So on Saturday I bumped into the back of a giant suv. I had just rolled down my windows and I had a hella
Bad sneezing fit. On about the 7th sneeze I was almost @ a stop and the lady in front of me slammed on her brakes for
Whatever reason, so I bumped into her @ roughly 3-5mph.

She has a scratch on her bumper, and my whole front grill is pushed in, and my hood has a crease.

On my way home after that I had an old *** lady bump into the back of me on the 101. She knocked my exhaust
off of the exhaust hanger and pushed in my rear bumper in a bit and she bent my lic. plate and the plate frame

Anyway... I just got back from Blakes's, its gonna cost about $3k to fix the front, no estimate for the back yet.
Luckily I have full coverage so it is only gonna cost me about $250.

Best part, now my starry night will be repainted. And I am def getting 3M on the front this go around.

Any good places to get this done at?

I will post pictures later...

Yeah, if you're talking Clear Bra, either Krinkov or Omega Tintwerks

$3K to repair a 3-5mph collision

As a comparison, I was t-boned in my previous volvo and the whole rear right passenger door was smashed. It cost $2K for repair.

Did your insurance recommend you to one of their preferred shops?

Vince @ Omega Tintwerkz is the man to go to, make sure to mention I-club (I think he still gives discounts when you mention it but not 100% sure)

Ya, blakes is their number 1 preferred shop. What's nice about USAA, is they really cater to their customers. Its all gonna be oem stuff, no aftermarket crap. OEM hood, OEM bumper, OEM grill.

From what I understand I am getting a new hood, new bumper, and they have to bend the tie rod back. And then paint and everything. Plus I have also opted for the higher rental car coverage so I. Am set there.

The actual total was $2769.23. But this is just the estimate, if the find the foam is crushed or other stuff is broken when the start tearing it apart, obviously it goes up from there.

I will try to post pics before metallica manana. I haven't figured out how to post pics using the droid yet.

a buddy of mine had his car mostly repainted at this one shop. They do body work also and they did one hell of a job getting the car looking really pretty. Not sure of the pricing but here it is:

http://blakesautobody.com/ Blakes Auto Body; They are off N. Dutton in SR.
