They were around 1.2 to 1.3k new when I bought them from OZ and then it was around 300 for the tires (Falken Ziex) and im asking for about 1k or 950 since they are in PERFECT condition with no curb rash whatsoever.

Yes that is a Mugen front strut bar. I have the Mugen rear as well, a Megan racing C pillar bar, a Type-r Rear Sway, and Megan Racing Coilovers (****), and a JDM Rear Floor bar.
