Idiot.
I'm with you man. I love all cars that someone puts time and work into. You can get respect with a Pinto if its done tastefully. And a Caddie, that thing could be awesome if its not already. I still want a 64 impala one day.

a true classic! go for it, and bring it out to the meets when you're done! cars like that have a lasting appeal whereas our subarus might just fall onto the wayside someday.

i've been itching to get and rebuild a classic mustang. the new ones don't appeal to me much, but the old ones are just sick!!!!

Nah, subarus are the equivalent to the datsun 510, there is always going to be a following because they are sorta the underdog that can quietly out perform just about anything, and haul groceries while doing so. Sure, they will never be like the big, sweeping classics, but they'll be around.

hells yeah...and I don't have to worry about hitting mountains..they need to worry about me..haaaa.

doughboy_I brought it out a month or two ago. Couple people seemed to have liked it better than my wagon...kept asking me where it was and why I didn't bring it.

Soon as it's back in town I'll bring it.

Lots gonna be going on with it over the next 2/3 months.

Gaspipe_ I plan to bag it..but its GRIP!!!! Like $3500. If I can do the fabrication myself with the assistance of a few key people it would still run my like $1500.

For now I might just put new leafs, springs and shock on it and drop it 3 inches in the back and 2 in the front. or just 3 all around.

That's a pimp caddy. You should paint it or restore it like it came out of the factory. Either way it should be pimp.

You should throw a LS1 in there.

damn...that convertible is clean....grip...got to be worth at least $50k.

I want to jack his front bumper.

I don't want to do original style...

if I was gonna put a modern motor in there..which I don't plan to...I'd put a cadillac motor in there.

About the only motor swap I'd plan on doing is a built 390 or another 331 with 390 top end. dual quad. etc.

I'm gonna go like....slight custom with it. originalish...customish.

Wow dude, your caddy is sweet. For some reason I always thought you had an 89' deville or something like that

I agree about a copper like paintjob, or something of the sort, that would look cool.

I wouldn't paint it any gang colors, but then again I don't even know what colors are gang affiliated anymore
