Unhappy My Baby Is Gone......

Hey I don't know if any of you know me..(was at UCKK this tues w/ the black rex w/ P-1's and silver prodrive UK300 headlights...short little asian guy)

Well anyways i was on my way to school this morning, when I came over a hill on highway 1 and there were i few cars stopped. I was following my friend and he stopped and i stopped and put on our flashers. A few seconds later, out of no where there was an old integra that smoked my rear end and i had the brakes on and i slid into my friends R-x7 which sustained minor damage but my front bumper, grill, hood and my headlights are completely destroyed. my left C pillar is rippled so it looks like it might be totalled ....

fortunately nobody was hurt...

well there goes my baby..............................................

Rocky

Go see a doctor. and contact a good personal injury lawyer.

STi here you come.

<of course only if you're hurt, but you will often get a fairly big check $5-10k for simply signing a waiver saying you WON'T sue>

Sorry to hear dude. Make sure your friend says he felt only one hit, if he felt two they will blame you for hitting him.

Sorry to hear about your car. I think your back and neck is hurting a bit right about now (hint), right? Make that guy pay for his stupidity.

yeah...my friend gets a new bumper and I think hope (fingers crossed) that it gets totalled cuz...the bondo would be....uhhh....forget talking about bondo...well anyways i feel fine so i don't think i need to go to the doctor...

P.S. does anybody know if on the rear A pillar (only rippled on one spot but is significant) and the rear qaurter panel are smashed and rippled (doors are completely out of line), also alot of front end damage...is this grounds for being totaled

thanks

It depends on how much you had your car insured for. If your car is worth a lot, then the insurance people are less likely to total it. I assume you had an '02, which is probably worth ~$15-20K? The damage you're talking about sounds like it'd be easily over $10K to fix.

if the door are off then its sorta a safe bet to assume there is some frame tweakage.
