My apology and some feedback
First off, I'd like to apologize to i-club for using the language I did. It was uncalled for, and although I use the term loosely with all of my friends, I didn't think that there may be other groups or ages which would make it inappropriate. Anyway, I'm sorry if I offended anyone.
Next, I'd like to give some feedback about the way that I was dealt with. I can appreciate the fact that the new management of i-club is trying to make this into a better place, one that promotes a culture and atmosphere of friendship and not that of a slanged out internet bar.
I think the fact that international b (aaron I believe) changed my post to "I'M A DOUCHEBAG" was very uncalled for. I'm not trying to defend what I said because I know it was wrong, however I feel it was very unprofessional and in fact the opposite of the style that spt (ali) is trying to create. In my eyes, he did no different than what I did.
I'm not asking for any punishment for him or anything, but I think he needs to think twice next time before doing something like that. There are definitely other ways of going about "punishing" someone on here than the type of mod abuse most people are used to from nasioc and other **** style forum sites.

yeah i also agree... we weren't being racial with how we used the term... we were using it as slang.. not as a derogatory term (hence the spelling) and to assume we were trying to be offensive is dumb.. we assume you thought we were offensive aaron because you added the douche bag in replacement to what we were saying... when in fact i am only a douche bag when your mama needs cleaning.

thanks for your apology. i do also "pologize" for calling you a douchebag, but that has absolutely NOTHING to do with race at all. if i recieved a pm from someone who is offended with that term i would remove it immediately. asshat, douche and such are fine, but that other word is all bad. if you guys think all the mods have ego trips you need to think again.
on a side note: there is a section to give a warning on the infraction points section, which is what i checked, and was not aware that it would give and instant "troll" status to anyone.

I'm not really saying anything about ego trips or anything, I'm just saying that along with the new found "professionalism" and "need to be righteous" is going to come a responsibilty and an ability to really have some power over people. I'm really hoping that this kind of foolishness doesn't happen again.
And again, I am in no way downplaying or defending my behavior/language, I know what I did was wrong, I just don't think that someone should be able to just change people's posts and stuff like that on here.
and haha, blue blurr in on it now...
