The Mustang Forum IQ TEST!!!!!!

Some mischievous troll over on the Mustang forum makes up an obviously fake (and completely hysterical) story about how he ruined his Cobra by flushing out the oil with a garden hose(teehee!). What follows is 25 pages of Mustang owners re-enforcing their own stereotype.

Had they not ever heard of the almost identical troll story about the Audi guy that tried to port his head by running sand through the intake?? Guess not. Or they did and they still think it was a real story. Hell our BAIC IQ test (MacBook Wheel) Only lasted a few pages, I feel much better now.

http://mustangforums.com/forum/5-0l-...-this-car.html

My car was idling like crap the other day so I figured since I just got it, it may have been awhile since anyone changed the oil out. I decided to go ahead and change the oil. I used Mobile 1 synthentic oil like I was reccomended on here. Anyways, I drain out the oil and noticed it was extremely dark and even after 10 minutes of draining, it was still coming out. I decided to go ahead and flush it to make sure all the bad stuff got out. I hooked up the hose, ran water through the engine, started it up and was waiting for the water to come out clean (The engine never went above idle so I was told this would be ok). Anyways, About 3 minutes into this, then engine starts shaking and shuts off. I figured it was all cleaned out so I plugged it up, added the oil and figured I was ready to go. WRONG! The car won't freaking start now. This car has been nothing but trouble for me, I think I am done with it.

What was wrong with their responses? Half of them were saying it must be a joke. Not sure what stereotype you are referring to.

Nice I particularly liked the reference to the hydrolocking engine on wikipedia. Too bad he put the water in the add oil Hole. Direct to the crankcase jackass no hydrolock. Anyway on the same note. I hydrolocked a hmmwv once, the river was a little deeper at the other end than we estimated. Good times though.
