Another movie with Chinese people playing Japanese people.

And in the anime they are all like what, 17 18 years old? Way to cast a bunch of mid 20s-30 year olds in teenage roles, might as well bring back Freddy Prinze Jr. as well.

 

As much as I wanna support this movie, I can't. It just doesn't seem right at all. The casting's all wrong, the music's all wrong (Inital D = Eurobeat, people!), and worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst of all..... Jay Chow

 

it looks good i'm gonna watch it. jeremy, i think the reason why it was made in HK is cuz us chinese people have no good ideas, so we just like to copy other people's good ideas, tweak them and make money of it. arent we smart?

Yeah seriously. I downloaded the song though, I think it's pretty good but they shold not have used it for the movie.

Next think you know they are going to make a Warcraft III movie and use Jay Chou's Warcraft III song as the theme...
