your opinions on music phones? Im with Verizon, but want to switch to Cingular=better music phones imo and service for my area.
any pros or cons you noticed with your music phones?
i dont wanna carry an ipod (carry as in lose it)

i have the slvr and imo its waaaay beter then carrying a ipod + the camera on it is decent
the down side is that you have to charge the sucker every other day... i dont care much but keep that in mind
service - cingular and i have nothing negetive to say about them, yes it does drop calls SOMETIMES (totally normal) but still its way beter then the rest.

i am gonna get the blackjack tomorrow! phone is so badass. and it will be nice to have a PDA/phone/musicplayer/camera in one.. and it does all of those functions very very well.

cool, yeah ive looked at both of those. SLVR is nice with actual buttons and easy navigation like an ipod since it is itunes.The blackjack looks cool too.
Verizon just has the chocolate (most frustrating thing to navigate, buttons mainly) and the other one is the unfolding brick phone. There is a samsung all black phone for verizon im looking into tho, it looks good.

I have a samsung T809...musicwise its ok (not the same music quality as an ipod), camera is good, actually voice/call quality sucks though
Ill be looking in the blackberry pearl

thats the slimmer flip brick? looks smaller than the older one, i like it. Hows the music quality?
my other choice: Chocolate Flip phone with actual buttons (non touch sensitive)
or Samsung a930 the all black with blue monochrome mp3 face.

and in march, it will be able to use cingular's DSL speed wireless internet. and you can hook it up to your laptop and use it to get your laptop on the internet.
