To mudflap or not to mudflap?
They are indeed functional. I upgraded to 265 tires and ripped my front mudflaps off in the process. I now get water/mud/dirt sprayed down the rear doors and quarter panels. :-/

Yes on mudflaps I had made some out of Ikea cutting boards and they worked fine too. Now I think I am going to get the limited PINK ones.

Definitely keeps the worst of the road grime off the lower portion of the car, so yes. My other place is in a rural area, so I get some use out of them.
