I'm fairly new to Subaru or the Bay Area.

Now, can any one here pint me to a direction of a good place to drive in the MUD?

Talk to psoper. He is the king of road road drives. You'll have to come with the North Bay Group some times on a drive. We often hit many dirt roads. Hell, i even live on a short one. But it has great mud up twards the top.

 

Oh, and welcome to the wonderful world of Subaru's. Have you done any off road driving? Even on little dirt or gravel drive way. You will find unbelievable grip and or control while doing so.

Welcome to the Bay Area too. The greatest place on earth.

i pulled out a chevy blazer 4wd and towed a ford pickup at 11,000 feet in the middle of a freak snow/ice storm uphill

then again i have been stuck plenty of times myself and needed to be pulled/dug out

 

I saw a Loyale pull a late model chevy truck out of a huge mud puddle once... Good stuff

 

I would've paid to see that!
