FYI:
1)We are still MPJ Performance.
2) GB/GINO: Please DO NOT make any Statement "FOR MPJ PERFORMANCE" as I believe US@MPJ still a business.
3)We DID move to a BIGGER Place as we are now at a 3000 sq ft location which still sale parts, perform all the Installations, and custome fabrication.
4) This is from MIKE W (the founder of MPJ Performance)
MPJ was never owned or started by GB/GINO. MikeW was the one that started MPJ with $XXXX of money. Back in 2002 MPJ(mike) was running the business at home as buying parts from all diff. vendors like perrin, turboxs, gruppe-s, whiteline, stoptech, and many more........... As time goes on... Gino left redstar and started GB Motorsport(LABOR ONLY SHOP)... as MPJ(mike with his parts)move in and sell parts and GB motorsports will do the installation. Which means... they were 2 diff. "COMPANY". Therefor .. MPJ Will sell you some parts, and GB will install it ... and the parts $$$ would go to MPJ and the LABOR would go to GB.
5) We never state that GB motorsports was NO longer in business.

Enough with the facts, hear me out and take a moment.
You guys said MPJ "moved" and it confused alot of folks thinking the same folks behind it (a.k.a. gbmotorsports) that is what I am stating period.
You should have stated you are the new owners like you are now and not make folks think it is still the same MPJ.
I never make statements for MPJ. All calls asking about MPJ is directed to you guys promptly, all calls and package deliveries.
Last thing dont even mention how MPJ was started because I know what me and Mike W. did back then. Sure MPJ started out at the garage but you dont even know how it really started. That Red Star thing you mentioned is all Bu112hit and I dont even know who told you that story, I am just trying to get the facts straight on what was said ! I never liked selling parts and thus MPJ does that side and GB does the labor, I have that option back then but now I have to sell parts, big deal.
I have no beef with you guys. But when you make statements out in the open about to GB I have to answer back out in the open as well. All this is a misunderstanding let us just put it behind us.
My take on your statement is why even say what you stated unless you want issues.
I hope this is the end of it, I hate issues
....lets both leave it at that.
Gino

Firstly I would like to offer my congratulations to Dev, Cal and Andy on their new venture and wish it every success.
I would like to clear something up with regards to the ownership and such of MPJ Performance.
MPJ Performance Inc. was created by Michael and Dionne Warfield late 2001 with it's first stocking order placed with a then little known company called German Autoworks (AKA Gruppe-S), MPJ was a web based only company using my garage for storage of parts and one phone line.
The business relationship with GB developed due to Gino and myselfs friendship and him openning up the shop GB Motorsports in late 2002 at which time MPJ Performance moved it's operations there.
At no point in time was there any other owners of MPJ Performance.
My wife and I sold MPJ Performance to Soren and his wife in middle of 2004 at which point my knowledge of goings on with the MPJ Performance business and anything associated with it ends.
My apologies to the current MPJ owners for posting this in their thread but I had been contacted by various people asking me what the ins and outs where of the conception of MPJ and even what was going on now with it (as stated I have no knowledge past 2004).
BBQ mid to end of Feb should work great, I look forward to coming and checking out the new facility and shooting the **** again with you guys.
