Moving to Santa Rosa
Hey Bay Area peeps, in early May we are moving to Santa Rosa. If anyone has any good suggestions in where to live (no apartments), where to avoid and anything else please post here or send me a PM. Thanks

Try to stay on the east side of 101 since most of the neighborhoods are ok. Also, avoid the fairgrounds. I would look at bennet valley or try Windsor, rohnert park or cotati. If you plan on moving in late may early June you might have better luck since a lot of SSU students and srjc students go home

When you moving to the area ?
Are you wanting to rent a house ? I lived in the Townhomes off of Commerce & Rohnert park Expressway behind the Popeyes. Those houses are pretty nice. If you have kids you might want to look at greatschools.com to see the ratings of the schools attached to where you are going to live. Anyways welcome to the area and hope to see you at the meets at In N Out Rohnert Park & Petaluma

T-boned pulling into the southern Petaluma Park N Ride. Wasn't that hard of a hit but it was going to be a lot of labor apparently
Very very sad.
We've been thinking about a new Outback 3.6R, but haven't pulled the trigger yet. It sucks ***** that we can't get a Legacy GT wagon anymore
The Legacy is finally big enough for a family but it's so damn tall/high off the ground
