i think i figured it out. Press O until hes slightly leaned forward than press PQ than OW and repeat. Gotta time it right or youll fail. But not sure if this is right

This sorta worked for me. A little tweak though:

Get his momentum moving forward, so he's leaning a little in the right direction. When the left leg is forward and up, press Q to get it started on it's way down. Don't press P until his torso starts to pass the left leg, and the left leg is under him on the ground. Then keep pressing Q and start pressing P until he pushes off. Do the same thing with the opposite buttons and repeat. So:

Q
P+Q
W
O+W

On the parts where you're only pressing Q or W, you can tap them to get the legs positioned just right. You don't want the lead leg stretched out too far, or he'll push backward once you start using the calf muscles. If it's not far out enough, you'll eat ****.
