Great! If you can go, or anyone else who wants to go....The FINAL time and location we will be meeting is: Walmart Parking Lot 9:00 AM Sunday. We decided we are just going to drive straight to Mt. Hammy so that we can get there before everyone else does and get a good spot. The more the better!! We can trade cell #s there.

 

quick question:

Can anyone get cell reception up there? I am hinking about driving up tonight to check it out.
Tomorrow I think for at least a little while, I will be wearing a bright yellow Sessions T-shirt so you can spot me and say hi.

ok, well miranda was my ambassador and now shes not here. it would be pointless for to go to walmart in salas because i live in between watsonville and las lomas. so would it be terribly wrong for the convoy to meet me at in&out in gilroy??? whoevers going to hamilton give me a call tonight or tomorrow morning after 8 at 750-5258. and if i dont answer please leave a message that says yes you can meet in gilroy or no you cant.

I went, took some pics, not very good though.

 

It was really cool, wish you could have gone. We had over 150 subies show up! I met lots of cool people on the board and we all just hung out.

 

i sooooo wish i would have gone. next year. i heard some guy crashed, what happened?

 

Yea this guy with a chargespeed body kit on his sti, almost crashed into a cop and then managed to crash into a wall coming down the hill, driving to fast, of course. He only managed to mess up his bumper, nothing serious.

 

I was told that it was actually a different silver rex that almost hit the cop comming down the mountain. He said it was light silver and the guy driving it was asian...so that described more than half of the poeple there, and i didnt get a look at the kid with the STi, but the cop said it was a light silver. Anyway, the kid was 16 with the STi, $8,000 paint job BMW M Series Seal Silver, full Chargespeed Ver 2 kit and tons of other stuff Im sure...daddy has a lot of money needless to say. He and his friends left right after it happened so I dont think too many people, if any, got a good look at what happened.

Oh, and someone got a ticket for smashing up the mountain too. The police sit at the top of the hill and listen for tire screeching. They know the road very well and once the guy got to the top, he got nailed. Other than that, I hope a fun time was had by all.

 

so the cops just sat up there cuase they knew it was this weekend or they do that anyway? that really sucks for that kid, but like you said, daddy has alot of money. thats pretty good though, only one ticket. i would have though there would have been more.

 

still though, an 7k paint job and a 2k body kit. kinda sounds like a tool. "its not as bad as it sounds" , yeah since daddy is prop. buying it.

 

yeah. really feel bad for that car. other than that sounds like everything was pretty fun
