For those of you who might be interested in doing a rallye but don't want to spend the whole weekend on my Redwood Rendezvous adventure (see "next North Bay adventure drive" thread, if you missed that one), the Porsche club is putting on a fabulous afternoon-night time Monte Carlo event that Saturday night.

I'd be running in it if I weren't taking the crew up to Humboldt, this is a great format where you are given the times for each chekpoint, but you don't have assigned speeds so you choose the route and drive at your own pace to try to get to the CP's on time.
