Dear Michael,
Some might say you’ve Gone Too Soon. Through song and dance you lived your life trying to Heal the World. The world has Come Together over the death of this great Dancing Machine this Thriller. You grew up a Child Star still learning your ABC’s thinking of a world where Dreams Come True. There will always be a controversy about your Carousel of a life, whether it is surrounding if you were Black or White or something else. We are in a State of Shock that this Superstar will no longer be with us. Some of us are just Speechless that this tragedy occurred. I Can’t Help It as it is Human Nature to Cry.
To Billie Jean & Dirty Diana and all the other Beautiful Girls out there I just want you to know that You Can Cry on my Shoulder. I know that Little Susie will shed those Lonely Teardrops as she misses you and thinks about how you changed her life.
To The Lost Children out there, Whatever Happens you no longer have to feel Threatened by Someone in the Dark. While a lot of people believe it to have been a Smooth Criminal that wants Privacy he very well could have just wanted you to Smile while he takes you to Neverland. However, if it was the first and he wanted you to Shake Your Body (Down to the Ground) then next time Scream Louder. While these kids are growing up these are the kids that will say “When I Come of Age, I no longer want to be asked Who’s Lovin’ You?” When they are adults they will now ask everyone “Why You Wanna Trip on Me”? Let those people know “We’ve Had Enough”. Just remember that while You Are There at therapy You Are Not Alone.
Before he died, Michael may have thought to himself I’ll Be There in the afterlife so all you naysayers can all finally Beat It and just Leave Me Alone. Maybe he prayed to God “Take Me Back for I no longer want to see the Morning Glow and the Break of Dawn tomorrow. I’ll Come Home to You”. Perhaps he thought “God when you Call on Me in to the afterlife Is it Scary? Personally I Blame it on the Boogie man for being scared when there Ain’t No Sunshine. All I want to do in the afterlife though is Jam as I know that nobody is Invincible and everyone eventually dies and that is 2 Bad”. Maybe he even though “I no longer want to deal with this Monkey Business of being a Modern Man always having to worry about Fame and Money.”
We will forever Remember the Time of Motown Calling saying that the world wants to Rock with You. All we want is One More Chance as the world Never Can Say Goodbye completely to the King of Pop. Maybe Tomorrow at your funeral it will be Just Good Friends and family and they will all know how to Keep the Faith. This may sound Off the Wall, but they will be thinking to themselves at your funeral that Love is Here and Now You’re Gone. While you may now be hanging out with other Ghosts realize that Heaven Can Wait for the man that forever changed music and brought to us what many considered to be the Greatest Show on Earth. Now that your Earth Song is done and you Ease on Down the Road in the afterlife Don’t Let it Get You Down. Go out to where the music is playing and Get on the Floor and Enjoy Yourself while you dance and just Don’t Stop ‘Til You Get Enough.
We are the World and we Want You Back. Michael this has been One Day in Your Life.
