Just a question in this link you posted says that date of last contact was dec 7th and she went missing dec 3rd. Is that a typo? Best wishes to the family i see from last link you posted about the backpack the family has suffered from medical problems since she went missing. My prayers go out to all involved :/

Maybe a typo. I think the possbile backpack might have been a pile of leaves.

Ruiz, 25, has been missing for a week. She works for the IRS and has a handgun with her, reported NBC11's Lisa Bernard.
I hate to ask this, but I'm curious as to what sort of pistol it was and if it was legal or not. Did she have any gang ties? If someone abducted her, she had great chances of surviving due to that pistol alone... Perhaps it was something else, like an animal or something? Maybe she's just lost due to a brken leh... Sorry Marc, this is a terrible ordeal and I really hope she's okay.

Tam and the Coroner's office is currently working on identifying the body using dental records. That is all the information at this time and we will update you as soon as we learn more.
