dude.... what great business you'll get. for everything that stevens creek subaru fudges up on.. you can repair and enhance!

(no offense ryan, i'm still hesitant on coming back to stevens creek subaru after my last ordeal)

 

Well, I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I assure you that things are different.

I can also assure you that we have much, much more customer service and Subaru experience in the parts department. Better prices as well.

I also assure you that they won't be fixing anything our service department 'fudges' up on.

If you're willing to come back to the service department ask them to have Calvin or Mitch work on your car. I'd let either of those guys work on my own car and I'm probably a lot more picky than anyone on here.

 

So theyre using the "used to be Hyundai/isuzu" tech building? thats cool hope ya guys cleaned it out before hand, that place was DIRTY when i worked there. Good luck!

 

Everyone that has something negative to say should probably keep it to themselves. This thread is about them announcing their move.

I'm not here to try to take away from their announcement so I'll shut it up now.

 

You're definitely the exception to the rule.

Dealers didn't get that reputation for no reason and the new threads on various Subaru forums almost weekly describing some warranty nightmare certainly help validate my 'silly comment'.

 

Silly in that it's a blanket statement that seems to cover everything about a dealer. At any rate...
