I can tell you I get made fun allthe time for dumping money into the car. I told her. Look around.. Its a medical condition. Take me or leave it. I was so mad after that little talk I went to buy another bike to stick in the house.. lol

I'm a family man and am really looking forward to having a family of my own 
I've already spent thousands of dollars on my acura CL years ago, got tons of tickets, etc.
I think being happy is the most important thing, whether it be spending money on a car as a hobby, or spending time taking a girl places you've never been before

I know this thread says that is just for guys, but I have to chime in here.
Okay, aside from the fact that I am not sure how to take most of the stuff posted in this thread, I just wanted to say, with the right girl, you should be able to have both.
I voted. Why? Cause I felt like it.
I voted for the subie engine. Why? Because I love my car.
After the experience with the last boyfriend I had, I am frustrated to the limit. Guys all say they want a girl that is into cars, but when they actually meet one, they dont do anything about it. Part of the reason I broke up with my last boyfriend is because I was too into my cars and he wanted me to spend more time with him and HIS car [a VW Jetta, ew]! GAH MEN!
I guess what I am saying, is that with the RIGHT girl, you shouldn't have to chose. You should be able to have both.The reason you buy/rent a house is so that you can fill it with cars, motorcycles, trucks, guns, and dirt bikes, DUH! She should understand that your car is part of who you are and what makes you freakin awesome.
@ crfsti - You come hang with me and my girls, and we will get you some chicks. LOL
