i went to mcD the other day, and the guy was all like "wanna try the new Mc rib?" so i asked "did they change it". "he said no its new" so i just assumed he was like 16 because those are hella old.
i cant eat those but apparently people love them.

Yea, they did have the Flintstones promoting it.

This is one reason why I wish we had the Japanese McDonald's here. I have eaten so many awesome things there that we will never see here.

If you exercise enough you can eat all types of junk food & fast food and be fine. Thing is though, how many people that are exercising all the time are actually going "Hmm, I just completed my hour long work out routine, now it's time for some McDonald's"?

Typically your body tends to crave healthier alternatives, but you can always look at Michael Phelps diet when he's swimming for an example of being able to eat as much as you want as long as you exercise enough.

This is very true! It does take an obscenely extreme amount of cardio to pull off though.

The Hong Kong McDonald's are pretty awesome too. My friend told me what they served there and they served "cha chan teng" (westernized cafe) fare.

they do have that at certain ones and then they also have fried chicken wings and shake shake fries which is just fries with your choice of seasoning. nom nom nom

This we do, but I have an update...

They're here.

I'm sitting her eating one right now. I also have this discount card that I bought as a fundraiser with a highschool here, buy one value meal get a free sandwich everyday, anyday. So 1 McRib meal = 2 McRibs for the price of one! WIN!
