I was going to go... but its a holiday weekend... and I haven't gotten my car back yet.. So I'll go June 28th...

 

i was going to but the weather is too nice to not go out of town that weekend

 

I will be out there with the beast. Come by the trailer if you need air, tools, shade, or just to say hello.

I am going to be running the Legacy in PTB, for some driver practice and Test and Tune for Mid ohio next month. Mike is going to try a subaru for the first time, so he will be Racing the WRX in PTB as well. See you this weekend.

We'll be there racing Honda Challenge again Look for the Blue/White Comptech Rezone EM1. For those of you non Honda peeps that is a 99-00 Civic Si we wear a Blue/White mechanics shirt, with black pants, yes black pants and they get really hot especially out there in Willows area. Hope to see some of you guys up there, my STi will not be present

 

Has Thunderhill done anything about the runoff area between the backstraight/turn14 and the 7/8 complex? IIRC there was a driver killed last year when a car continued straight off the backstraight and t-boned him as he was traversing 7/8.

They really need to put in a wall there.

 

I found out that the problem was the BOV. The gasket totally failed where it connected to the intercooler. In the end I bought a stock BOV and gasket but that still didn't work, however a little bit of liquid gasket seems to have fixed that problem. The bigger issue I had was when I was looking for possible problems. I thought the inlet pipe was loose so I tightned it, but the hose clamp was to far away from the turbo and ended up cutting the inlet tube.

 

i will do what i can to make it and watch yall. is it offroad or on the track?

i will be in middletown saturday to see my friend who just got back from iraq maybe i will go to thunderhill first then shoot through the mountainous hills to middle town...

ok, that would actually help a lot in a similar situation. I still think they need a wall, but it's a step in the right direction.
