The main reason it isn't legal is because of the lobbiest for the tobacco, fabric and paper industries and the christian right. It can be regulated pretty easily. I don't even smoke it but I'm pro on legalizing it.

as long as you've got some kind of "chronic pain" - IE high school sports injury which most people probably have, you can get an MJ card and just legally grow this stuff right? Like ~300 for the exam and 40 a year to renew it

And totally, if they legalized pot no one would get drunk or smoke cigarettes anymore. People would just get high all day. That is why all the damn lobbyists are campaigning against pot. Geez pot has no love, no billion dollar corporation that's got its back...

No indoor lighting systems can replicate natures beautiful sunlight....the quality will never be as good as the good old santa cruz hills.... Don't get me wrong, they make some wicked indoor grown stuff (weekends in amsterdam prove that), but natural sunlight is tops.

you can get pretty damn close to the quality of sunlight with the eye hotrolix bulb which is filled with high pressure sodium and metal highlight . haha
