Man With Chain Saw, Sword Is Let Into U.S.
Gregory Despres arrived at the U.S.-Canadian border crossing carrying a chain saw, a homemade sword, and other weapons. Allowed to enter the U.S., Despres was arrested for double murder in Canada. Image from WHDH-TV via Associated Press

i would have either arrested him, or gave him a horse and told him the directions to the necronomicon. Of course, i would have left out that there were three books. Oh, me!

Maybe the people are lame and don't remember what dried blood looks like.
I am sorry but that person should be straight judged attempting to enter a country that is supposedly 'fighting terrorism' but will let some crazy lookin muscle head freak that is probably mentally ill, with weapons.
When have you ever seen a chain saw used for hunting animals? that is pretty looney sound to me.

The main thing is that the guy is a murderer. I could care less if he had a chainsaw, they sell those at Home Depot for cheap. And he could have a sword sent to him from an on line source legally too. Mohawks aren't even used in profiling. Hell, even the fact that he has a swastika tatooed on his back is his own perogative and protected by the 1st amendment.
But he F***ING HACKED UP AN OLD COUPLE!!!!!!!!!! THAT's why he shouldn't have been let in the country. HE'S A F***ING PSYCHO

They didn't find that out until after he was in the country. He had no criminal record whatsoever when they checked him at the border and he is a US Citizen. They took his weapons, detained him while making sure he wasn't wanted for anything and questioned the hell out of him, then let him through.
Sounds legit. Sucks they had to let him through but they didn't have a legal reason not to. At least that's how it sounds....
