A bunch of buddies and I are throwing around the idea of a man-cation but we need more ideas. Needs to fit into a short week or a long weekend. Maybe 5 days or so. Here is what we've thrown around so far -

circumnavigate Mt. Shasta
drunken bike tour through Napa (no homo)
road trip to Chicago for the LATE ride - http://www.lateride.org/

Not really interested in Vegas again.

Zion Canyon is my vote. LATE ride is second because it's a long drive to chicago.

 

May - Sept. haven't decided. We are trying to schedule right now.

Why Chicago?

It's still cold there.

 

One of the guys in the group lives there and we have been telling him we'd visit him for like 2 years.

 

You just missed WRC Mexico which would've been good. I'd say go to the Olympus Rally or the Oregon Trail Rally, both Rally America events in April and May respectively.
