Well, here's some more crime and justice in Mainland China.
Check out this bank robber's methods! 
And if you stick around until about 6:05, you get more Chinese cop Makarov action!
(Although decidedly less effective than in the last thread, it's still kinda interesting to see a cop do something like that haha)

Why wouldn't he bring a super hot blow torch and a sledge hammer!? That could have been done so much quicker. It was so weird to watch, he wasn't rushing or even trying hard. He must have been high or something, either that or he's the biggest dumbass ever.
