For all you car geeks, these pics are from the Concorso Italiano that was held in Monterey on August 14. There were so many rediculous cars there. Six or seven Enzo's, F-40's, Saleen S-7's, Diablos, Gallardos, Bentleys. With so many cars there, even the Modenas were looking ho hum.
Well, on to the pics. The rest can be seen here http://www.pbase.com/aablog/081304&page=1

Thanks, but don't go robbing banks on my account.
I too prefer the F-40 over the enzo. But I like the classics like the Dino, the DinoII, the Lusso, the ZAgato, and the 250 GT.

For me it kinda comes down to what you want to do with them, A Miura is an awesome piece of artwork, but the pre-SV models had the engine and tranny sharing the oil, so if I had one, I'd be hesitent to drive it much.
On the other hand if I could afford one of those I'd probably lean towards the Maranello or Modena, as you can actually drive these newer cars for thousands of miles without worrying too much about catastrophic failures of irreplaceable parts.
For the sake of just "looking at" its hard to beat the Miura- the headlights are a bit goofy but every other line on the rest of that car is pure sexy.
But even in those fields filled with Ferraris and other total dream cars, that red McLaren F-1 still holds the top spot in my book.
