Lowered silver wrx wagon in fremont?

Where: Fremont, it was going southbound on paseo and i was waiting at the light on automall/durham.
Car: silver WRX wagon, lowered like low low almost as low as me
kind of bouncy as it passed. stock rims. not sure what else since it was already dark.
anyone? probably not but lets see...
