The cheapest gas in the pleasanton/dublin/san ramon area from when I used to commute through there was the safeway in Dublin right at 580/680.
Right behind that was the 76 at the intersection of Amador Valley Blvd and Regional Street. Usually only a couple cents off of Safeway. All of which was at least $0.10 cheaper than everywhere else.

I always go to the 76 in dublin at the corner of dublin blvd and hopyard. There are two stations right across the street from each other but if you go to the one closest to the free and pay with cash you get 5 cents off a gallon. Which usually makes them pretty cheap.

I always fill up when I get home to Tracy. The safeway gas here is always about .10 less than San Jose. I think right now it's close to .15 cents cheaper. And the gas is good. No issues and I've been using it for at least 4 months.
Dublin Blvd and Dougherty Rd to be exact.
I'm not aware that there are so many Suby peeps in this area. I always fill up at the 76 station that has the touch-free car wash. I even use it once in a while because I am so lazy to wash my car!
East bay gas price has been lower than south bay for quite some time. Long time ago south bay always had lower gas price.
