European Fruit Tart filled with Rum Custard
Served with two glasses of Brut Champagne

 

I gave a nice present and got somethin even better in return. Who says commercial holdays are all bad? I am gonna get my present again when it gets home from work later.

It's Valentines Day... let see howz it going so far for Stan...

1) My wife is getting over a major inner ear infection (still a bit dizzy)

2) My daughter is sick and therefore whinny

3) My parents are still alive... and living with us (week 17)

4) I just pulled a 12 hour shift at the restaurant packed full with amateur diners

5) My wife and I just downed a couple of burritos from El Burrito Express

6) Our house is in the middle of a small renovation and smells of paint

... okay... here is my ASSessment of Valentines Day..

 

got my gf an expensive handbag and a big box of chocolate last night (the night before v-day) and I got mine. lol

then today (the v-day), went to the mall w/ my buddy to check out them eye candies who are doing the last minute shopping at valley fair! lol...

and this evening, even more eye candies at a rehearsal for a wedding that I need to attend tomorrow afternoon! lol

I gotta say TODAY was a good day!
