Ah it was not in the inlet ..... Which is where I thought it was....

Found it..
After taking everything apart. I had the phone sitting on top of the battery and the i.c. pipe was open. I guess it fell off the battery and slide down to the i.c.
I even went to the store around 8pm with it I guess stuck in there.
Oh well I guess I'll put her back togther tomorow.
