actually I think Gizmodo are a bunch of world class douchebags.
Its one thing to buy the iphone this poor guy lost, they knew it was real, they could have just said it was lost by an employee at a bar and left it at that, Obviously Apple would already know who it was and the guy was in enough deep ****.
But to identify the guy by first and last name, posting things they found on his phone AND, posting his profile pic from his facebook account?
This public humiliation and character assassination is absolutely illogical, it brought NOTHING else to the story of the iphone getting leaked. This guy is certainly going to lose his job at apple, now they went ahead and possible ruined this guy career for no other reason than to adding insult to injury.
Real ****ing classy.
I hope this backfires on Gizmodo so that no one else will ever want to leak anything to them since theyre now going to be known as the TMZ tabloid *** holes of the tech industry that will screw anyone over fir a juicy story.

Yeah...pretty messed up on gizmodo IF that's the story.
I highly doubt that's how the phone got to them. Why would a company ESPECIALLY Apple (who are SUPER tight fisted about their new developing products and company intel) let a full functioning prototype leave the doors of the company? This story smells like BS to me. Viral marketing anyone?
