losing oil
well, i still think is has to do with the crank pressure. i have the exectly same problem w/ my 91 mr2 turbo. oil got routed back to intake after air sensor. the entire intake pipe was wet. however, since it's not like u inject oil into the air mixture, you won't see that much of smoke coming out from the tail pipe.

So what ended up being the problem? If I wait to 3k miles on my rex I'm down on oil aswell. Someone said that this is normal for turbos. But I dont think new cars should burn oil. Should I remove my whole turbo back and up-pipe and take to dealer?
You might have excessive wear on your cylinder seals. Maybe that's why you're losing oil. If you take it to the dealer, they will ask you to do an oil consuption test, which will take 4,000 miles. Then, if they determine that you are losing oil, they'll replace the seals. It's a good thing that you're under warranty, since it's not a simple repair.
