Looking for place to get brake rotors resurfaced
I have a set of DBA front slotted rotors and after driving here cross country im getting the old warped rotor shudder again, just looking for a shop that'll do rotor resurfacing, can be anywhere in the BA, preferabbly somewhere on the east bay.

Sorry, best I can figure, you can resurface slotted rotors. If you've had them for a while then they are probably too close to min thickness anyways. if they are fairly new, I'd try a more agressive pad, like an Axxis Ultimate.

I have been loving my centric rotors with Hawk HPS pads. I really started getting on them since I started autocrossing. I don't feel any warping like I did with my stock rotors after 10K miles.
I am looking at upgrading to 4pots next.

For me though, I want to stop on a dime, every time, and be able to modulate and trail brake/left foot brake, and get my brakes unbelieveable hot. and still work, stop after stop.

Kangaroo, camel, metal compounds, blah blah blah - how about some actual info?
I have never had a problem with my BRADI, Brembo or any other Porterfield sourced cryo-treated rotors and Porterfield R4-S pads. Although my RS will be on stock Suby WRX rotors here soon, maybe I will see issues. It also depends on the car - with the Z06 I have seen R4's eat a set of rotors on a track day.
BTW - I have never heard of a shop turning blingy rotors (holes, slots, any other combo of uselessness). Also turning rotors is not usually a good idea because you take material away.

they aren't made in china.
they don't get chewed up quicker than a steak left to the dogs.
they actually had some R&D put into them.
they...etc...etc....etc.
centric are knock of chinese metal rotors. Their is a reason they are so cheap. Be better off with a high quality strait replacement rotor. But I guess they're alright for a rear rotor.
