looking for new employee

My brother and I are contractors in a family bussiness since 1958. We're a small specialty bussiness with very little competition and are agressively expanding. Right now we're looking for a fourth man who can deal with long hours durning the winter. The pay is very good and you dont have to know much. I will train you myself as you'll be riding next to me 60 hours a week.

If this sounds good and you want to know more, then check out our website and send me a PM. Our office is in Campbell and we service the entire bay area.

Thanks,

Ash

Dude, do you know a guy named Daryl? I work with him (well kind of; I work in the same position as him for a competeing company, hard to explain) and he is leaving his current job to do the same business as yourself. Seems like a strange coincidence that he is leaving his job for a company that does the same thing.

No Chis, I dont. Experience in hydronics and radiant heating isn't even a huge plus for this position... We don't follow the mainstream practices in our field. We have strong opinions about using copper for radiant and staying away from plastic tubing which sets us apart from the other guys. I'm third generation in our bussiness... between my grandfather, father, brother, and me we have almost 100 years combined experience in all types of hydronics. We just do things our way because that what we feel works best.

what do you mean by long hours on during the winter exactly.

What does good money mean? I was making $30 and hour before I got laid off. But I am looking for a job right now.

Talking

Good money being $16-$23 and hour. It works out to more though once you factor in the method of overtime payment that I shouldn't talk openly about in a public forum...

Did anyone else read that as hydproponics? Dang, I thought you were involved in some illegal family business for a second.
