Car Info: 2006 Aspen White STi

Looking for Extra S Gear Oil in The South Bay

Is there any Subaru that sells it? Capitol Subaru told me they dont carry it. I am replacing a worn out axle seal Wed and might as well do a change in the diffs while i am at it.

If not Extra S what are people using that you can source locally?

Garage one in San Jose sells it I think. They replaced my center diff w the stuff. Stevens creek sells also but u have to buy a large quantity.

Fairfield Subaru allowed me to bring in my own container to purchase 5 quarts since they only carried 5 gallon containers of it. Its hit and miss which shops will sell it this way, but worth asking dealers near you.

Go see Kevin at AutoHQ in Redwood city, he sell it by whichever amount you need. You need to bring your own containers though, he will pump out of his drums.
