where do you recomend i look that will get me the best price. I've looked around and found some good deals. But i want as little problems as possible. Oh can i get it somewhere local and have it come painted already "rally blue"

I was just looking at Vivid Racings web site today and they had them for 139 not painted and 60 to have it painted.

J-Spec Tuning did a great job on mine. And they leave the scoop supports unpainted (which is the way I like it!). :P

 

I believe the unpainted ones are replicas... which often get sold for OEM prices

Nope, came in it's OEM packaging. Thaison had it painted upon my request. J-Spec paints them that way.

 

I'm pretty sure that the OEM are unpainted. the diff between OEM and replicas are the verticle bars.

OEM sti grills are factory painted.
