i am going to see a friend and will be in town March 6-9 (bay area). any suggestions? is there a must see thing to do? are there things i should avoid? $treet race$?

 

You could go to Dave and Buster's in Milpitas, always fun.

 

cruise japantown, and just the downtown area in general. golden gate bridge/park? Pier 39 and the rest of the piers. You can take a speed boat and cruise around the bay. umm, eat. Food places while your at the piers: Hooters, (food's not so great but that's not what your there for.) Rainforest cafe (can be a lil pricy if you go in big group)

 

here in Florida we have bike nights (motorcycles) on Thursdays. anything like that in the bay area? cars, bikes? where and when?

 

illogical just did a search on MSN San Fran. i will have to check this place out. my friends wife and i have an ongoing gruge match by way of Ms. Pac-Man. and he's a self proclaimed poolshark. this is what i was looking for. it looks kind of slow (Monday thru Thursday) in the Bay area. please more suggestions. thanks in advance

Hmm...I know a little about how to play pool. Chalkers isn't bad if you're in the city, but mostly for yuppies with house cues who know very little about actually playing pool.

highway 9 is a very fun, scenic road. lots of other roads off of it that are fun as well.
