It's part of the presentation, but if you want to save money in the long run (most people have trouble determining if they're saving money short term or long term...)

I can guarantee you this will be long term for EVERYONE on this board (assuming no one is over 60) =).
Oh and assuming you plan to move out... and not live with ur parents til ur 50-60. =P
